How an importer and exporter builds its own team.
Kestrel Bay Trading is a 30-person importer and exporter, a composite we built from public research on how the trade works. Its week is quotes, purchase orders, forwarder emails, shipping documents, customs entries and payment chasing, across Excel, Gmail and WhatsApp.
Rules that keep moving
The US tariff schedule changed 32 times in 2025. Struck-down tariffs left about 330,000 importers with refunds they have to claim.
Documents that must match
PO, invoice, packing list and bill of lading have to agree. Import security data is due 24 hours before loading, at $5,000 per late or wrong filing.

Quotes, bookings and payment reminders sit in email threads, spreadsheets and chats, and get retyped by hand.

Do you sell developers or build software for us?
No. FeedEra is a platform and an advisor. We help you build your own agentic team, connected to your own sources, and you run it from your own console.
Who is Vera?
FeedEra's advisor agent. She is an AI agent, with an AI-generated face and voice, and we always label her that way. She learns how your business works, proposes your team and tunes it over time. A FeedEra guide, a real person, checks her proposals.
What does "connect through MCP" mean?
MCP is an open standard that lets an AI agent use a tool, like Drive, Gmail or QuickBooks, with only the permissions you grant. We start read-only. Where no connector exists, we start from an export.
Is this AI training, or another chatbot?
Neither. We don't teach you to use AI, and you don't chat with FeedEra. At night your team does the work. In the morning you get a console with what changed, what it couldn't see, and one decision.
Will it change anything without me?
No. Anything that touches money, customers, filings or records waits for your approval. Drafts stay drafts until you say yes. For customs filings and refund claims, your licensed broker still files.
What happens to my data?
We read only what you choose to connect. We don't sell it or use it to advertise to you. The privacy notice has the details.
